Services for guests with disabilities at Gardaland Park: Ride Access Pass, discounted rates, carers, wheelchairs, ride and show accessibility.
Discounted rates
- Guests with recognised disability ≥ 74%: entry at a discounted rate.
- Carer of a guest with disability: also discounted entry, or free depending on certification (e.g. Italian Law 104 with required-carer indication).
Keep your certification or Law 104: it is required at the ticket office.
Ride Access Pass
At the information office, just past the entrance, you can pick up the Ride Access Pass: a dedicated procedure that lets guests with disabilities and their carer access rides without the ordinary queue, through alternative entrances. Documentation proving the disability is required.
Ride accessibility
For safety reasons, some rides have specific requirements (ability to maintain position, presence of limbs, autonomous evacuation). The official site and the Gardaland app provide an accessibility datasheet for every single ride.
In general:
- Dark rides and gentle attractions: almost all accessible to wheelchair users.
- Coasters and water rides: require transfer to the seat and the ability to maintain a safe position.
- Shows and arenas: reserved spots for wheelchair users.
Dedicated services in the Park
- Wheelchairs for rent at the entrance (advance booking recommended).
- Accessible toilets in every area.
- Trained staff at the entrance and information points.
- Reserved seats at all shows and arenas.
- Dedicated parking near the entrance, with the appropriate badge.
Guide dogs
Allowed inside the Park. For rides where they cannot board, staff assistance at the gate is available.
