Frequently asked questions
What are the park's opening hours?▾
Gardaland is open from late March to early January. In high season (June-August) hours are usually 10:00-23:00, in low season 10:00-18:00. During Magic Halloween (October) and Magic Winter (December-January) schedules change: always check the official calendar before your visit.
Are there height restrictions on rides?▾
Yes. The most thrilling rides require at least 140 cm (e.g. Oblivion, Raptor, Shaman). Many family rides require 110 or 120 cm, while Peppa Pig Land and Fantasy Kingdom have rides for kids from 90 cm or with no limit when accompanied. The full table is on the Attractions page.
Where do I park and how much does it cost?▾
The official Gardaland car park is right at the entrance and costs around €6 per day for cars, €4 for motorbikes. Dedicated areas exist for campers and buses. It is large but in high season arrive by 10:00. Remember your row/color.
Is the park accessible for people with disabilities?▾
Yes. Gardaland offers a Ride Access Pass for guests with disabilities or special needs, reducing wait times. Most areas, restaurants and services are wheelchair accessible. Medical documentation required at the Guest Services centre. Guide dogs allowed.
How do I choose the right ticket?▾
For a one-day visit pick the 1-Day ticket; for a relaxed experience the 2-Day costs only a little more. Add the Express Pass in high season to skip the queues on top rides. Sea Life or LEGOLAND Water Park combos make sense only if you visit multiple resort parks.
Is it worth buying tickets online?▾
Yes: online you save up to 20% vs the gate, skip ticket queues and lock your date. You receive an email with a QR code to scan at the turnstiles — no printing needed.
Can I bring food and drinks into the park?▾
Only baby food and items for medical/dietary needs are allowed. Otherwise eat at the many themed in-park restaurants or exit and re-enter the same day showing your ticket and the exit stamp.
How long do I need to visit Gardaland?▾
A full visit takes a whole day (8-10 hours). With small kids or to enjoy the shows, plan 2 days. In high season the Express Pass lets you ride the top attractions even in half a day.
