  • From Milan (~155 km, 1h30): A4 towards Venice, exit Peschiera del Garda.
  • From Venice (~150 km, 1h30): A4 towards Milan, exit Peschiera del Garda.
  • From Verona (~30 km, 25 min): A4 towards Milan, exit Peschiera del Garda.
  • From Bologna (~140 km, 1h30): A22 towards Brennero, then A4 towards Venice, Peschiera exit.

Parking is large and paid, right after the Park entrance.

By train + shuttle

Peschiera del Garda station is on the Milan–Venice line (Frecce, Italo and regional trains). From the station a free dedicated shuttle runs straight to the Park entrance, with higher frequency in the morning and at closing time.

Shuttles from Lake Garda

From many lake towns shuttles or local buses run to the Park, especially in high season:

  • Peschiera, Lazise, Bardolino, Garda: regular ATV connections.
  • Sirmione, Desenzano: transfers available on request.

Check schedules on the ATV Verona website or at lake tourist offices.

By plane

Closest airport: Verona Villafranca (VRN), ~30 km. From there: rental car (25 min via A4) or Aerobus to Verona Porta Nuova + train to Peschiera.

Other useful airports: Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) and Milan Linate (LIN), both ~1h30 by car.

Tips

  • On high-season weekends and during Magic Halloween, arrive by 10:30.
  • With young kids, consider the train: the Peschiera shuttle is free and avoids traffic stress.
